A Different Kind of Solar Company
Clean Choice Solar started in 2021 with an aim to provide sustainable energy for the average Texan. We wanted to be a part of the change that will make our communities green and push the envelope for what kind of solar projects can be done.

Our company is different in that we operate on a smaller level and can give much more attention to detail to your projects and offer a wider range of customizable services at a lower price than national brands. We also focus on education, not the sale, and we want to make sure that solar makes sense for you and you know the ins and outs of the technology and industry before we go climbing up on your roof.

We love hearing about new and exciting ways people are using solar technology. Special projects like RV solar, watercraft solar, and off the grid systems are our most rewarding projects. We enjoy being a part of our customers' innovation.
Steele Wasik
Co-Founder
Steele is a UT alum with a love for innovation. He received his masters in advertising with focus in green energy adoption and has found his dream job here at Clean Choice Solar. Our team is constantly growing and the most important factor here is our culture.

Steele spends his free time on the river with his girlfriend and their golden retriever, Houston. He is also a volunteer track and field coach after his many years competing at the world level.
Rex Gore
Co-Founder
Rex is a long-time Austinite with several businesses in the city. He prides himself on being an active member of the community and making his employees' lives better through rewarding work and opportunity.

In Rex's free time, which is extremely minimal, he serves on several community boards and enjoys spending time with his family. Rex is also an avid outdoorsman and golfer.
